Please note that our warehouse will be closed for a stock take from Friday 13th. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday 12th will not be despatched until Monday 16th, and next-day delivery will not be available during this time. Normal despatch will resume from Tuesday 17th onward.

United Kingdom:
Standard: 2–4 days
Express: 1–2 days
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends. Some courier services may still deliver on Saturdays, however this cannot be guaranteed and depends on the courier in your area.
Mainland UK delivery costs are as follows:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4
Express Shipping (DHL): £8
Large/Oversized Shipping (DPD): £15
USA: Currently experiencing longer transit times of up to 10 days
Canada: 2–4 days
Europe: 3–5 days
Rest of the world: 7–10 days
We use Royal Mail, DHL and DPD in the UK, and UPS for international shipments. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been despatched and can follow the shipping status of your order on our courier portals.
If you would like to update your delivery preferences please follow the tracking link in your despatch email. Please note if you request your order to be delivered to a safe place, neighbour, or alternative delivery address, we are unable to cover any loss or damage to your parcel as a result of this.
Shipping prices start at $30 and are calculated at checkout. We ship on a DDP service, and you will see applicable duties split out at checkout.
As of the 29th August 2025, all orders will now incur duties. Items manufactured in China and India are currently subject to higher import duty rates. For more information see our US Tariffs FAQ below.
Customers will be held liable for any other charges that may occur. This includes orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. Any costs associated with this will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We wanted to update you on the latest changes to US import tariffs and how they may affect your MG&Co. orders.
We manufacture around the world - mainly in Europe, India, South Africa, and China. That said, only 2% of our production is in China, meaning the vast majority of our collection is unaffected by the highest new tariffs. What does this mean for you?
- From the 29th August 2025, the $800 de minimis has been removed, which means all orders will now incur duties.
- All applicable duties for your order will be calculated and charged at checkout, so you’ll always have full transparency before you place your order. There will be no additional charges or fees on delivery.
- Tariffs vary by country of manufacture, which means you will see different duty charges depending on where the products in your basket were made.
To make things easier, we’ve outlined below where each of our product categories is made, helping you understand what to expect. If you have any questions, simply send us a screenshot of your basket, and our customer service team will be happy to help.

The order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back and we are unable to refund orders that are returned damaged. We recommend shipping back products in their original packaging where possible. If returning lighting, please ensure plugs are wrapped separately to protect the base and prevent damage.
At present, we are not able to offer free returns, so a postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Details of your parcel size can be found within your order confirmation email:
For a standard parcel: £4
For a large parcel: £15
For a fragile parcel: £15
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a label via email.
We are unable to process return shipping labels for International customers.
If you wish to return from outside of the UK, please raise a return request through our returns portal, after which a member of our team will contact you directly to assist.
Customers are responsible for arranging shipping at your own cost on a DDP service (delivery duty paid).
We are unable to refund any orders that are returned to us damaged.
You can exchange your item for the same product in a different colour or finish within our returns portal. We are not able to offer exchanges for different priced items, so you will need to return your original order and place a new order online if you wish to order a different size or product. Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.
We do not offer split shipments so your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is available. Please bear any delays from this in mind when ordering.
