We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2-3 days from the order date, 3-5 days for international shipments; If you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges and will be held liable for any charges that may occur.

If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back - we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
Many of the goods are handmade often using organic materials therefore they are of a delicate nature and may vary slightly between orders. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.
