We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 1-3 days from the order date, 3-5 days for international shipments; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
Please note that due to the current circumstances caused by COVID-19 and current shipping issues there may be delays to orders, please allow for a possible 3-5 day delivery window.
Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges and will be held liable for any charges that may occur.
Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.
We do not offer split shipments so your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Click & Collect at The Tay
If using our Click & Collect service this Christmas please allow for at least 24 hours for orders to be processed. We will be in touch once your order is ready to collect from our Studio.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back - we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in original packaging.
If you wish to exchange an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist.
The return policy has been extended for the Christmas Period until the 15th of January on any orders placed after the 26th November 21.
Many of the goods are handmade often using organic materials therefore they are of a delicate nature and may vary slightly between orders. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to exchange this as quickly as possible.
